1St Creatif Hotel Elephant - Munich

Perfect location! So close to the main train station, easy to explore the city. The beds were comfy too. Just wish the bathroom update was better, but overall, it met my needs 😊

A lot of freshly made food for meals.

1. hotel's convenient location is within walking distance of the bus and railway station. Near the center, place is quiet. There are many shops nearby. 2. Clean room. Cleaning the room every day. bed linen is perfect. Thank you so much for that. 3. staff is friendly, always with a smile. 4. Wi-fi is great. 5. Breakfast was refused, coffee, tea is free at any time.

Choose a room with an ensuite bath for added comfort. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations.

Absolutley not impressed with my stay. The bathroom was outdated, & the shower couldn't maintain a decent temperature, really frustrating. I expected complimentary perks for the price I paid, but nothing was offered, talk about feeling neglected. The only redeeming quality was the location, which almost made me give a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff could have been more welcoming

The convenient location is unbeatable, just across the road from the main train station. The free coffee machine in the dining room is a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up.

Parking is a hassle and expensive, so plan accordingly. The shower couldn't hold its position, requiring constant adjustment, and the unusual bathroom-to-bedroom window felt awkward. Plus, the bed sheets had visible stains upon arrival, and while the staff did change them, overall cleanliness in the common areas left something to be desired. Lastly, noise from the street makes it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Everything was perfectly fine, perfect location close enough to railway station shopping mall as well as public transport, pleasant experience. The staff were efficient and excellent and provided exceptional service.

The location was unbeatable, just across the road from the central train station. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, a lovely touch.

Some noise from the street.

It is within easy walking distance from the station which enabled us to take early morning train to visit Neuschwanstein Castle.Thus we saved money from private expensive tours. The owner was very friendly.

The triple room that we had booked was a little cramped. One of the beds broke down when I (only 78 kg) sat on it. The alternative arrangement of a campcot was not very comfortable.
